I’m a writer. Am I published yet? No. Do I write? Yes. So I’m a writer. That’s the first gatekeeping nonsense to cut down. Our writing doesn’t have to be Shakespearian or worthy of Tolkien, if we have ideas, build, explain, and write our ideas, then we’re writers.
